ICCS optimized customer service system and improved customer satisfaction

In February 2014, our Operation Department made measures to improve customer service system and customer satisfaction. Basically we have the following two improvements:

Provide international air cargo ground handling service for carriers, freight forwarders, shippers, and consignees, including general cargo, dangerous goods and perishable cargo, etc.
