On November 6, 2024, ICCS was awarded the ISAGO (IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations) dual certification for both its headquarters and station by the International Air Transport Association (IATA), becoming the first cargo unit at Shenzhen Airport to receive this honor. This achievement signifies that the terminal's outstanding performance in ground operation safety has been recognized by an internationally authoritative organization.

The IATA ISAGO certification is a global standard designed to supervise and audit ground service providers, ensuring the safety and quality of airport ground operations.

To actively adapt to changes in the industry environment and enhance market competitiveness, ICCS initiated the ISAGO certification project in February 2024 and established an audit preparation team in April. Team members conducted a comprehensive evaluation of relevant systems and on-site operations strictly in accordance with the ISAGO audit checklist. The 140 audit inspection items under ISAGO were broken down, self-assessed, and improved item by item to ensure all operations met certification standards. In June, the ISAGO audit team conducted an on-site review of the terminal's operations. By September 23, ICCS had completed the follow-up and closure of all corrective actions, ensuring compliance with IATA's safety and regulatory requirements for ground operations.

The ISAGO certificate has now been officially issued on the IATA One Source platform. By implementing the ISAGO certification, ICCS will further optimize its business processes in line with industry standards, actively respond to diverse customer needs, continuously improve operational efficiency, and provide safer and more reliable services to its partners.

This successful certification not only demonstrates ICCS's professional capabilities in safety management but also reflects Shenzhen Airport's influence and competitiveness in the international air cargo sector. ICCS will continue to uphold the principle of safety first, contributing to the healthy development of the international air cargo industry.
