ICCS successfully operated the opening of the "Frankfurt- Shenzhen" freighter route

3 July 2024, flight LH8443, which was carried by Lufthansa Cargo AG, took off from Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport and headed for Frankfurt, Germany, marking the official opening of the " Shenzhen - Frankfurt" cargo route.

This route is operated by B777F all cargo aircraft, and it is planned to operate twice a week, which greatly enhances the transportation capacity between the two places.

It is understood that Frankfurt is the most important aviation logistics hub in Germany and even in Europe. Lufthansa Cargo has successively opened international freighter routes from its stations in China to Frankfurt, continuously serving the cargo movement, economic and trade cooperation between China and Europe. The connection of "Shenzhen-Frankfurt " route not only integrates the logistics advantages at both ends, but also further promotes the logistics market at two important cargo markets.

Shenzhen Airport cooperates with airport customs and ICCS to deploy security work in advance. The opening of this route has further improved the international freight route network of Shenzhen Airport, and increased the important flexible capacity for the rapid and direct transportation of import and export goods.
