A customer exchange conference on the subject of "Review 2022, Outlook 2023" was successfully organized at ICCS from March 16 to March 17, 2023, with the objectives of enhancing customer satisfaction and listening to their suggestions. More than 35 airlines and freight forwarding clients came together to talk about how to increase the volume of cargo handled at Shenzhen Airport and how to offer more varied value-added services so that Shenzhen Airport and its clients may collaborate in a way that benefits both parties.
The gathering began with a welcoming address by ByungHee GLUGLA, general manager of the ICCS. The General Manager opened the conference by extending a sincere greeting and appreciation to all of the partners in attendance. He made the point that the market and economic climate of the future is unstable and challenging, thus the only way we can succeed is by actively embracing changes. ICCS made the assurance that it will make up for the inadequacies and boost its competitiveness in the future project and will continue to improve according to the demands of clients, optimize service quality, extend the scope of services, and create a win-win scenario together.
Following that, Mr. Xu Zhigang, the project manager of the marketing department, presented a report and delivered it with the theme of "Review 2022, Outlook 2023". Mr. Xu gave an in-depth overview of the development of various industries, the sites' planning, and usage, the facilities and equipment, as well as the vision for the ICCS's future. Also, he discussed the expansion of inbound cold storage, the functioning of outbound C-Tian security checkers, IATA CEIV certification for fresh perishable items and lithium batteries, and the inbound smooth flow plan, among other matters.
The aforementioned work report and ICCS's planned future work deployment legitimately gave clients a concrete, three-dimensional illustration of ICCS, which not only helped them comprehend it better but also garnered their confidence. Several clients spoke candidly during the interactive exchange session and posed questions or recommendations regarding issues with the ICCS business process, service quality, and information system. The clients provided feedback on their actual requirements, which were answered one by one by the general manager, deputy general manager, and managers of relevant departments of ICCS, and solutions were actively discussed and delivered.
Finally, the deputy general manager of ICCS, Weiping Tan, made a summary of the meeting. In conclusion, the meeting was a success, thanks to the valuable opinions of the enterprise representatives. With the successful completion of the conference, the work of the ICCS will enter a new phase of development. We will keep up the "customer-centric" business philosophy and endeavor to provide clients with better, more convenient service facilities so that we can effectively promote the expansion of the international import and export operations of Shenzhen Airport.
