In order to speed up the landing of the Pre-declaration business, ICCS has recently revamped the existing centralized inspection area, optimized the level of customs clearance facilitation, and nurtured the new momentum of Shenzhen's air economy.

ICCS has set up a pre-declaration group to communicate fully with Shenzhen Customs, Airport Customs and various airport units and form relevant working guidelines. Through a comprehensive assessment of the site and qualification conditions, 8 consolidation center cooperative enterprises which meet the requirements of the project were selected, with the aim of providing site selection for customers who do not have consolidation center.

On 11 May, the ICCS officially launched civil renovation work on the original inspection area, which was successfully completed on 10 June after a month of construction. The newly upgraded airport customs centralized inspection area covers an area of 5,000 square meters and contains 24 loading docks, which will be used for the centralized inspection of outbound cargo in the future. At the same time, the new gate hardware equipment and software system were upgraded simultaneously, laying the foundation for the timely implementation and development of the project. 

With the launch of Pre-declaration business, ICCS will become a fast channel for outbound cargo. The gate transformed by information technology can quickly identify and divide the cargo, improve the utilization rate of the station space, and further realize the channel of the station, the road gate and the extension of customs clearance service time.

Next, ICCS will strictly comply with the requirements of the plan, complete the preparatory work for the project, actively respond to the requirements of customs supervision, strengthen cooperation with various units, do a good job of business testing, take the pre-declaration business as an opportunity to continuously optimize the service flow and help Shenzhen freight speed and quality construction.
