ICCS successfully held the Airlines business meeting

In order to further understand the business development status of airlines, strengthen communication and cooperation with airlines, and make arrangements for the next step of freight business development planning, on the morning of July 29th, Aviation Logistics Division and ICCS held the Airlines business meeting in the information building, and invited nearly 30 representatives of airlines to attend this meeting.

At the meeting, the sales and marketing department of ICCS first introduced the development achievements in recent two years, mainly focusing on business innovation, digitization, site facilities, customer satisfaction survey and future planning. Tan Weiping, deputy general manager, combined with the recent epidemic situation, emphasized the importance of normalized epidemic prevention and control, and conveyed the latest epidemic prevention and control measures.

Then, the Aviation Logistics Division reported the overall development of Shenzhen Airport's air cargo business in the first half of 2021, and introduced the cargo routes, supporting facilities and strategic planning of Shenzhen Airport.

In the subsequent exchange and interaction session, the representatives of the airlines spoke enthusiastically about the difficulties and problems encountered in business processes, personnel sites, information construction and epidemic prevention measures, and the personnel of the Aviation Logistics Division and ICCS Operation Department answered and recorded the above questions on the spot.

At the end of the meeting, all participating units indicated that they would take this meeting as an opportunity to deepen cooperation. Shenzhen Airport will also carefully sort out the suggestions and opinions put forward by the representatives of various airlines, make follow-up feedback, grasp the strategic opportunity of the construction of "two districts", and strive to write a new chapter in building a high-quality and innovative international aviation hub and a high-level airport-type national logistics hub.
